Cryptium Labs has ceased its activities as a validator on all networks on the 15th of March 2021. Cryptium Labs has been acquired by Chorus One. This website is kept for archival purposes, but will not be updated. The team has joined a new company and is working on a new project, the Anoma Network.
Cryptium Labs GmbH, Switzerland, ("Cryptium", "we" or "us") operates consensus/validating nodes to support the decentralized functioning of various blockchains, both on mainnets and testnets, including, but not limited to, Tezos, Cosmos, IrisNet, Kusama, e-Money and Solana. You may, in your sole discretion as to whether to, how much and for how long, use your cryptocurrencies (as allowed by the respective blockchains) to support our status as a consensus/validating node for those blockchains by delegating the validation rights associated with the cryptocurrencies in accordance with the design of the respective blockchain. You may earn rewards and/or fees for such delegation as is consistent with the design and customs of the respective blockchain and our website. Any delegation of validation rights associated with the cryptocurrencies to us is subject to the terms and conditions and the protocol of the respective blockchain.
When accessing our website providing the delegation information ("Delegation Portal") you will be asked if you have read and understood this liability disclaimer. Only after having confirmed that you agree to this liability disclaimer by clicking the button, you can access our Delegation Portal where you find the information required to delegate your validation rights to us. This is how you consent to be bound by this liability disclaimer.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we do not assume any liability for your use of cryptocurrencies or delegating the validation rights associated with cryptocurrencies to us. Except for unlawful intent or gross negligence, we explicitly exclude any and all liability, and in no event will we be liable to you or any third party, for any kind of injury, forfeiture, loss or damage (such as direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or other damage) arising from your use of our services as operator of a consensus/validating node to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
We do not make any representations and warranties, neither express nor implied, as regards to our services as operator of a consensus/validating node.
Your use of any cryptocurrency and your delegation of validation rights to us is subject to the risks and limitations and the terms and conditions and the protocol of the respective blockchain. You acknowledge and accept that using cryptocurrencies or delegating validation rights to us can result in a partial or total loss and/or the forfeiture of all the cryptocurrencies whose validation rights you delegated to us including any associated fees and rewards. You alone assume all risks associated with cryptocurrencies and your delegation of validation rights to us. You agree to hold Cryptium unaccountable and to waive any type of claim against us for losses, forfeitures, damages, penalties or other detriments suffered due to your use of a cryptocurrency or any service provided by us to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This liability disclaimer is governed by the material laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law principles and international treaties. All disputes arising out of or in connection with our services as operator of a consensus/validating node shall exclusively be settled by the ordinary courts of Zug ZG, Switzerland.
